Description
If you use the XTRA news.ecl you will be informed about new versions of
the XML Socket Multiuser Server - eClever in a pop-up window in the lower right
corner of the screen.

Installation
1. Copy the file news.ecl to the directory XTRAS which must be placed in
the root of the XML Socket Multiuser Server - eClever.
2. In order to have the XTRA news.ecl active you have to set <news active="true">
in eClever.config.
